Acceptable Use Policy

All users from the LembarSocial Service are expected to comply to this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to do this may result in suspension or termination of the account. If you have agreed to LembarSocial’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy on behalf of your organization, then this Acceptable Use Policy will affect all users of service under your account (the “End Users”).

Acceptable Utilization of the Service


You agree not in order to misuse the Service. For instance, you may not:

  • use the Service for just about any unlawful purpose or for marketing of illegal activities;
  • impersonate another person through the Service or else misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity in a fashion that does or is intended in order to mislead, confuse, or deceive other people;
  • publish or post other people’s personal or personally identifiable information, for example credit card numbers, street tackle or Social Security/National Identity amounts, without their express authorization as well as permission;
  • send unsolicited communications, campaigns advertisements, or spam;
  • publish or connect to malicious content intended to harm or disrupt another user’s internet browser or computer;
  • access, tamper along with, or use non-public areas from the Service, LembarSocial’s computer systems, or even the technical delivery systems associated with LembarSocial’s providers;
  • probe, scan, or even test the vulnerability of any kind of system or network or break or circumvent any security or even authentication measure;
  • access or search the Services at all other than LembarSocial’s publicly backed interfaces (for example, “scraping”);
  • forge any TCP/IP packet header or any the main header information in any e-mail or posting, or in in whatever way use the Service to deliver altered, deceptive or false source-identifying info;
  • interfere with or disrupt the actual access of any user, web host or network, including, without restriction, by sending a virus, overloading, surging, spamming, mail-bombing the Service, or by scripting the creation of Content in this manner as to interfere along with or create an undue burden about the Service; or
    promote or advertise services or products other than your own without having appropriate authorization

You might not post any Content on the actual Service that:

  • May create the risk of harm, loss, or physical or mental problems for any other person or the danger of loss or damage in order to any property;
  • violates of any kind of applicable law, any intellectual home rights, or anyone’s right associated with privacy or publicity;
  • is defamatory, libelous or even threatening or that constitutes detest speech; or
  • contains any information that you don't have a right to offer under law or any contractual or even fiduciary duty.
